• Used or Damaged Items: We do not accept returns for items that show significant wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

• Contact Support: Email or call our support team with your order details to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Packaging & Shipping: Once approved, securely pack the item(s), attach the RMA label, and ship them to the address provided.
• Inspection: Upon arrival, our team inspects the returned product to verify eligibility.
• Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

4. Refund Methods

• Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
• If payment was made via bank transfer, allow additional processing time for funds to appear.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

• For items with manufacturing defects, we offer a replacement or exchange at no extra cost, subject to inventory availability.
